All are Welcome
And we really live that! It isn’t just words.
We at Fairbanks Lutheran Church believe as Saint Paul has written that “there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; all are one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28). As a community of the people of God, we affirm our commitment to openly welcome and value every person regardless of race, national or ethnic origin, age, physical condition, mental or emotional capacity, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or economic situation, and those who suffer from addictions.
We affirm that we are all unique individuals, created by God, in need of God’s forgiveness, and richly blessed by God’s love and mercy.
All persons are welcome. Joyfully join us in the work and mission of our congregation! We do amazing things together.
Fairbanks Lutheran is easy to find, next to the major roads in Fairbanks. We are next to the wonderful Wien library and the Raven’s Way complex, a couple of blocks west from Lathrop High School, north of the hospital and just off Airport Way at Cowles. Click on the photo below to see the map.
